Refund and return policy
At Bdstathome it is of course possible to exchange or return your order (provided your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception).
This can be done within 14 days after receipt of your complete order. Please use the return form that you can download at the bottom of this page. We would appreciate it if you would also send an e-mail to info@bdsmathome.nl if you wish to exchange or return, so that we are already informed.

Please note: Your return will only be accepted if the ordered product is still in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered.
This means with all labels and tags still attached, unworn, in original condition. The additional shipping costs are for your account. If we subsequently send you the new product, we will charge you the additional shipping costs of € 4.95. Please state clearly which product, size and colour you want to exchange. Lingerie (e.g. briefs, thongs, bodies, boxers and jocks), stockings, pantyhose and erotic articles.
As soon as we have received the product, the purchase amount (without shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 7 working days. Please clearly mention your IBAN number and the name to which it belongs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return your product. The full order amount including any shipping costs will then be credited to you. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Bdsmathome with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging. To make use of this right you can contact us via info@bdsmathome.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order. You must include a fully completed return form, which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
